Individual coaching sessions
Purpose
- Help participants to apply decision-making concepts to specific situations that are relevant to them.
- Help them to translate concepts covered in the workshop sessions into actions and outcomes.
- Provide participants with an additional level of accountability and support to complement what they obtain from their colleagues.
What you get
- A series of four 1-on-1 coaching sessions (to be held in person or digitally) focussed on specific issues that are relevant for each participant.
- The coaching sessions will guide team members through relevant decision-making issues to help them identify any potential blindspots in their thinking, to foster conviction where appropriate, and to suggest strategies that they can use to be more effective.
What you don't get
- A lecture. These sessions are a conversation.
- A breach of confidence. Each session is confidential unless the participant permits disclosure to their boss or to anyone else.
- Specialist knowledge about an individual stock, an industry, a product, etc. You are the investment expert - these sessions are merely intended to help you to apply decision-making principles.

- Considering a new investment that has poor recent sentiment/ performance.
- Becoming confident enough to take a large positions/to recommend a 'strong buy'.
- Presenting your investment analysis with clarity and influence.
- Taking on board feedback from colleagues.
- Preparing for a negotiation.
Prior to each coaching session participants will be asked to provide a summary of the problem they are facing.
